In 1963, Lowell married Karen Fields, and together they raised three daughters. In the Army, he spent his career as a heavy equipment mechanic and repair person. He was in the 82nd Airborne, 101st Airborne, and the 173rd Airborne. Lowell was a true American patriot and was "Our" American Hero.Lowell was a true genius, artist, craftsman, and jack of all trades. He loved camping, fishing, drawing, rebuilding old cars and making them new again, playing cards, and etching pictures onto glass and mirrors.Lowell is survived by his wife, Karen; daughters, Teri (Joey) Trammell, Tina (Rodney) Crawford, and Telisa (Allen) Foster; grandchildren, Tiffany Crawford, Eric (Kelee) Crawford, Kerissa Foster, Nicholas Trammell-Jamison, and Alicia Foster; great-grandson, Lincoln Crawford; brother, Donnie Jamison; and sister, Lareda Barnett.
