A. Jean Gregory, 83, a resident of Fernwood Manor, Pikes Creek, and formerly of Huntington Mills, died Sunday at Berwick Retirement Village.
She was born in Huntington Mills on Jan. 25, 1921, daughter of the late Walter R. and Mary Lou Culver Gregory. She was employed as a baby sitter and caregiver for several families in the area.
Ms. Gregory was a member of Town Hill United Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 190, Reyburn.
Surviving are a brother, Edgar T., Denver, Pa.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 11 from Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home Inc., Routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek, with the Rev. Dr. Stevan Atanasoff officiating. Interment will be in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Huntington Township.
Friends may call Wednesday, 7 to 9 p.m. The Eastern Star will conduct a memorial service Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
