Barbara Ann Adams passed away peacefully on September 14, 2022, in Burlingame, CA. She was born on December 29, 1946, in La Crosse, WI. In 1955 her family moved to Lafayette, IN where she attended St. Mary Cathedral grade school and Central Catholic High School. She graduated from Purdue University in 1970. After graduating, she served as an executive at McDonald's Corporation headquarters in Oak Brook, IL. Later she moved to the Los Angeles area and worked in human resources for Kaiser Permanente until 2013, when she retired. Her younger sister, Susan Adams, predeceased her in 1995.
She is survived by her brother, Thomas Adams (Ann Broadwell) of Burlingame, CA; her niece Lauren Shoor (Jeremy Dunn); and her great nephew, Shiloh Andre Dunn of Los Angeles; her niece, Emily Shoor (Michael Zink) of Brooklyn, and several cousins.
