Stanley Dale Weidenhammer, age 88, passed away on March 9, 2023. He was the husband of Joan Dawn Weidenhammer (Adams). They shared twenty-one thousand three hundred sixty-six wonderful days together.
Born in Muhlenberg Township, Berks County, PA, he was the son of the late Samuel and Esther Weidenhammer. Stanley graduated from Muhlenberg High School in 1952, served in the US Army from 1959 to 1963, and worked as a master butter maker at Dietrich's Dairy in Muhlenberg Township. Stanley retired from the dairy in February 1995 after 41 years of service.
Left to treasure his memory are son Todd Eric Weidenhammer (wife Vicki Kay), daughter Dorene Krepps granddaughter Heather Micklo and great grandchildren Kenneth Micklo and Cassie Micklo, grandson Kody Shields and great grandson Austin Shields, and brother Samuel Weidenhammer.

Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Virginia (Peplau) Adams. Joan graduated from Schuylkill Valley High School in 1961 and graduated from the Southern Jr High LPN program in 1962. She was employed as a maternity nurse at St Joseph's Hospital for 38 years.

The funeral services will be held concurrently on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 11 am at Kuhn Funeral Home & Crematory (Temple Location), 5153 Kutztown Rd, Temple, PA 19560. A viewing will be held from 10 am until the time of service. Burial to follow in Laureldale Cemetery.
