Alice B. Harrington, 79, of 5796 Sutton Drive, Cicero died Monday at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Michigan. Mrs. Harrington was a life resident of the Syracuse area. She retired in 1995 after 20 years as a bookkeeper at Ace Jobbing Co. She was a member of Cicero United Methodist Church and of the Wagon Wheel Senior Center. She was an avid dancer. Surviving are five sons, Ronald of Elbridge, Col. Jerrold of Japan, Roger of Huntington Beach, Calif., Kevin of Rochester and Kennon of Michigan; two daughters, Sandra Robinson of Port Richey, Fla., and Margaret Holdstock of Clay; a brother, Walter Conlin of Corning; a sister, Mildred Peck of Camillus; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Cicero United Methodist Church, Pastor James Brand officiating. Burial is in North Syracuse Cemetery. Calling hours are 4 to 8 p.m. today at Greenleaf Funeral Home Inc., 503 W. Onondaga St. Contributions may be made to Cicero United Methodist Church.
