Services for Stella E. Kinzy of Houston were Wednesday in Settegast-Kopf Chapel in Houston with burial in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery. Miss Kinzy, who helped deliver thousands of Houston babies in St. Joseph Hospital from 1923 until she retired in 1967, died in her home May 16 at 87. Born in 189S in Traskwood, Ark., she lived in Houston since 1921. She was a 1923 graduate of St. Joseph School of Nursing, and completed postgraduate training in obstetrics at John Hopkins Medical School.
Survivors include four brothers, Roy and Hersel of Fort Worth, Clyde of Van, and T. Milford of Omaha, Neb.; and three sisters, Gertie M. Bass of Longview, Al-eene Byland of Houston, and Syble Davidson of Conroe.
