Mr. Tallman, born in Kanabec county, Minn., came to Washington in 1901. He resided in Monroe before moving to eattle in 1929. He was a member of Carpenters' Union Local No. 131, Seattle.
Surviving are his widow, Lela E.; five sons, Norman M. of Bothell , D. Orville of Snohomish, Russell A., Stephen L. and Alvin H. Tallman of Seattle; a stepson, George E. Boswell of Everett; Three sisters, Mrs. Phebe Davidson of Carnation, Mrs. Amy Elwell of Mount Vernon, and Ms. Elsie Whitehead of Stanwood and six grandchildren.
