Funeral services for Harley E. Watkins, 82 Visalia, will be Thursday. Watkins died Sunday in Visalia. A native of Tulare, Watkins had lived in Visalia for 50 years. He worked at Knudsen Creamery for 26 years before retiring and operating a repair shop. He serve in France during World War I and was a member of the Visalia post of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Watkins is survived by two sons, Gene Watkins and Bob Watkins both of Visalia; a daughter, Frances M. Griffith, Visalia; two sisters, Ellen Adams and Anna M. Beck, both of Tulare; eight grandchildren an three great-grandchildren.
Burial in Visalia Cemetery.
