THEODORE ''TED'' HERMAN ABBOTT, 65, of Aurora died Sept. 30. Services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, at Mississippi Avenue Baptist Church, 13231 E. Mississippi Ave., with burial at Fort Logan National Cemetery. Mr. Abbott was born in Elkhart, Ind., on April 19, 1931. He married Doris George, 1950.
He served more than 22 years in the Air Force. Survivors include his wife; daughters Kathye Peters, Rebecca Lankhorst and Laura Flynn, all of Aurora; sons Steven of Greeley, Michael of Aurora, Gregory of Missouri; father Clyde of Indiana; brothers Ronald and Will, both of Indiana; sisters Jenny Stamper and Wanda Webster, both of Indiana; 14 grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
