Funeral services for Thomas S. Burns, 61, native of Watertown and one of the country's leading hydraulic engineers, who died Monday in Athens, Greece, will be held in Watertown probably next) Monday and burial will probably be made in Glenwood cemetery.
The body of Mr. Burns is expected to arrive in New York by plane Friday morning at 7:20, accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Dorothy G. Wood Burns, who had been with him in Greece. The body will then be brought to the S. J.. Payne & Son funeral home by motor hearse.
