Arthur graduated from Thomasville High School in May of 2017. During high school, he was a member of the ROTC.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Julia Stewart.
Arthur leaves to mourn, his mother LaShinda Shante' Arnold; his father Arthur Cook, Jr.; stepmother Karri Cook; stepfather Benjamin Randall, Sr.; significant other Chelsea Dekle (Arnold); grandparents Martha and Stacy Williams; grandfather Arthur Lee Cook, Sr.; great grandmother Gladys Arnold; great grandparents Robert and Vera Singletary; brothers and sisters Aqueria Randall, Audree Arnold, Paige Arnold, Jukarri Cook, Cameron Cook, Benjamin Randall, Bryce Randall, Eli Green, Karrun Cook, Lenorris Cook, Senquze; uncle Jamal Singletary; aunt Shameka Singletary; uncles Felix Stewart, Anthony Cook and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, church family and the class of 2017.
