Fred Uhl, the well-known young business man and Miss Nellie Gregg were united in marriage last evening at the residence of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Josiah Gregg, on South Court street. The clergyman was Rev. Mr. Edwards, pastor of the Methodist Church, South.
Mr. Uhl is a young man who has made the best of his opportunities and as a result is at the head of a prosperous business. The bride is well and popularly known in this city. Mr. and Mrs. Uhl left on the midnight train for a honeymoon trip to Sacramento and San Francisco.

VISALIA, June 8-Mrs Nellie Uhl, 63, widow of Fred Uhl Sr., pioneer harness maker, died here yesterday at the family home following a heart attack. A native of Missouri, she came to Visalia with her parents forty-six years ago. Mrs. Uhl was an active member of the Eastern Star Lodge and the Visalia Women's Club.
Surviving her are two sons, Fred Uhl Jr., Visalia, and Kenneth Uhl, New Orleans newspaperman, and a sister, Mrs. Olive Colvin of Sacramento.
