Mrs. A. Abnet of 1127 Berlin Street, received a telegram last evening stating that her father, Mr. Edward Gorey, had been killed at The Dalles, Oregon, where he had been railroading for some time. No particulars concerning his demise were contained in the telegram. One daughter, Emma, and a son, George, both of whom reside in Oregon, survive.
