He was born Aug. 30, 1914 in Bristow to Rose and Clarence Dobson. He married Juanita Kerley on Dec. 24, 1939. He was a retired oil field worker and service station owner. He was a deacon at the Freewill Baptist Church in Bristow.
Pete and his wife have four sons: Keith Dobson, Altus; Gary of Norman; Dale and Jack of Bristow and seven grandchildren.
