DEATH: RENDON - Willard Dennis Goff, a retired sheet metal morker, died Saturday at a Fort Worth Hospital. He was 77.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tueday at Retta Baptist Church in Rendon, where he was a member. Burial wil be in Rendon Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Laurel Land Funeral Home in Burleson.
Mr. Goff was born in Wichita Falls and had lived in Rendon for 34 years. He had retired in 1980 after 30 years with Lewis & Lambert Co. Mr. Goff was a member of Deer Creek Lodge No. 292. He enjoyed gardening and working in his home workshop. The family suggests that memeorials be made to the Rendon Volunteer Fire Department, 12330 Rendon Road, Burleson 76028.Survivors- wife, Frances Goff of Rendon; two sons, Mike Goff of Palestine and James Goff of B urleson; nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
