Our beloved Leslie peacefully left this earth to reunite with her loved ones on January 16, 2008.

Leslie is survived by her devoted and precious son Matthew Jesse Alper, her loving mother Linda Propp and sister Kirsten Votaw both of Morgan Hill, her brother David (Elaine) Alper and niece and nephew Nicole and Brandon Alper of San Jose. Also survived by aunts and uncles Joseph and Abby (Propp) Schlesinger of Ojai, Roy and Joan (Propp) Potter of Mt.Kisco, NY, cousins Joseph and Nick Schlesinger, Lauren McMullen, Steven and Jonathan Potter, Kathy Richardson, Alison Munoz and their children.

Leslie was predeceased by her brother Todd Barrett Alper, father Ralph Alper, cousin Juliane Schlesinger, niece Natalie Alper, her maternal grandparents Jesse and Jean Propp, and paternal grandparents David and Minnie Alper.

Leslie was a bright and accomplished young woman who excelled at all she undertook whether intellectual or creative. She had a gentle and loving soul and was known to her family as an artistic, sensitive, and fun-loving person. We can no longer hold Leslie in our arms but we will hold her in our hearts forever.
