Morris Olen Anderson, son of the late Ross and Lucille (Parnell) Anderson, passed to eternity Feb. 2, 2022, at his home with his wife and son at his side.

He was born Sep. 24, 1948, at Norfork, Arkansas. After graduating from high school in Norfork, Morris made his career as a welder with Boilermakers Local of Kansas City until he retired.

He met the love of his life, Ann, in Mountain Home in 1994 and together they began a life and created a precious blended family. Morris enjoyed riding his Gold Wing trike, loved NASCAR racing, traveling and going to casinos, but more than anything he loved time at home with Ann riding his four wheeler, feeding the deer, watching the birds and enjoying his grandchildren, who he loved dearly.

He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Ann of Mountain Home; six children, his daughter, Kimberly Anderson of Springfield Missouri, his son, John (Kristi) Anderson. of Mountain Home, as well as his four bonus children, Shanna (Chris) Dutchover, of Mountain Home, Dustin Ellison of Shawnee, Oklahoma and DJ (Britany) Ellison and Shelby Ellison, all of West Plains, Missouri; 14 grandchildren, Kyle (Jasmine), Ashley, Dalton, Madison, Mason, Cooper, Paisley, Brayli, Bowen, Boone, Hailee, Aubrey, Hoyte and Arianna and one great-granddaughter, Haven. He also is survived by his sisters, Sue Wilson of Rogers, Arkansas and Barbara Queen of Gassville; his sister-in-laws, Theresa Pate, Annette (Paul) Lane and Jackie (Steve) Hanson; a host of nieces and nephews and special friend, Lenny Lee.

Morris was preceded in death by his parents and grandparent; two sisters, Shirley Whitaker and Patricia Forbus; his in-laws, Jerry Levine and Paula Galbreth; son Dakota Ellison; nephew Josh Lane; sister-in-law Jennifer Robinson and brother-in-law Steve Wilson.

Visitation will be Thursday, Feb. 10, from 6-8 p.m. at Roller Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral will be Friday, Feb. 11, 2 p.m. at Roller Funeral Home in Mountain Home, with burial following at Baxter Memorial Gardens.
