Neil L. Batchelor, 92, of Oswego, died March 11, 2008. Surviving: wife, Dorothy Batchelor; two daughters; four sons; one stepdaughter; three stepsons. Graveside services will be in the spring at St. Mary's Cemetery, Fulton. There are no calling hours. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton has charge of arrangements.
