FRAZIER, William McKinley Jr., 74, of Vinton, died Wednesday, October 11, 2000 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was born December 9, 1925 at Narrows, the son of the late William McKinley, Sr. and Janie Cunningham Frazier. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Frazier of Vinton; four daughters and sons-in-law, Glenna Gail and Charles J. Smith of Vinton, Diania Frazier of Belleville, N.J., Judy DeMott of Clifton, N.J., Mona and George Barnes of Roanoke; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Russell Frazier of Narrows, Jimmy and Dot Frazier of Texas, Lee Ray and Barbara Frazier of New Castle; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Rathma Johnson of Roanoke, Nedra Huffman of Narrows, Janice and Dean Cockerham of Florida., Peggy and Bill Price of Pennsylvania; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home Chapel, White Gate, with the Rev. William Frazier officiating. The burial will be private. The family will receive friends following the memorial service. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations toward a memorial tree. Donations may be sent to Nancy Frazier, 1154 Pineview Dr., Vinton, Va. 24179.
