A. R, Marion county, Ill, and a member of the M. E. Church in that State for many years, being 85 years of age at the time of his death. Born in Alabama, and was united in marriage to his present bereaved widow Feb. 18, 1875. One child was born to them, Mrs. G. M. Reed, of the above city, and to where the bereaved wife has returned. The deceased was in very bad health on their arrival in St. Cloud, but he was able to be about the home some, and died quite suddenly when taken down last. He had served his country well from his enlistment to the close of the war, and faithfully in service to his church.
