Gloria Jean Abel, 76, passed away April 24, 2023. She was the daughter of Arthur "Arte" E. Krenn and Shirley Elaine (Sampson) Krenn.
Gloria was employed with Prange Way, Osco Drugs, and Walmart. Gloria enjoyed rummaging, running around town to see friends and family, shopping with her mom, playing card games, and Yahtzee.
Gloria is survived by her daughter Tammy Abel of Fond du Lac; son Shane Abel of San Francisco, CA; Tammy's children John A. Bevan III (Trey) of Horicon, Acacia Elaine Bevan of Fond du Lac; Shane's daughter Caitlin Nicole Abel of Jacksonville, FL. Gloria is further survived by one sister, Bonnie Konen of Fond du Lac; nieces Pam Snyder of Fond du Lac, Traci Fischer of Oahu, HI, Deanna Stringer (Doug) of Port Washington; nephews Scott (Brian Eggers) Luedtke of Brown Deer, Rob (Amy) Luedtke of Fond du Lac, Danny Paul Snyder of Fond du Lac, and Chuck Passon. She is further survived by many other cousins, great nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters Donna Snyder and Sharon Luedtke, one brother Arthur "Artie" G. Krenn, and niece Michelle Hughes.
Gloria's family invites friends and relatives to a time of visitation on Friday, April 28, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Zacherl Funeral Home, 875 E. Division Street, Fond du Lac. A memorial service will take place following the visitation at 6:00 PM. Inurnment will take place at the Shrine of Rest Mausoleum Chapel at the Ledgeview Mausoleum at a later date.
