In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Katherine Mercer.
A graveside service of remembrance will be 1:00 PM Friday, April 21, 2023, at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, 533 Greenwood St., Eden, NC 27288. Boone & Cooke, Inc. Funeral Home, and Crematory is serving the family.
