Etta D. Lyons of Box 278, Lowell, died in a Eugene nursing home Feb. 16 at the age of 100. Mrs. Lyons was born to parents Mr. and Mrs. John Valentine in Harrisburg. A lifelong Oregon resident, she had lived in Walton for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband Scott Lyons in 1943. She is survived by a son, Ralph V. Lyons in Lowell.
Funeral services were Tuesday, Feb. 19 in Burns-Fredericksen funeral Home with Pastor David Fox of Lowell Christian Center officiating. Private interment was in the Walton cemetery.
