Would you also please share this note? A family descendant shares this about Jesse. "My Great Uncle Jesse Larabee Watson did alot of the ground work for this family tree. He was a wheeler and dealer or as my Great Uncle Andy would say a 'ding dong'. At the age of 9 he had men working for him in a scrap yard. His interest in the tree was not one of ethnic pride or a great interest in the family history--he felt there was a question of ownership of the property downtown where the Oliver Plaza now stands. He thought by doing this research he could prove ownership. No matter! Thanks Uncle Jesse!"
