Mr. Atwater is survived by his wife; Brenda C. Atwater; three sons, Michael Reginald Atwater, Mark Burnis Coleman, and Daniel Reginald Repp; a brother, five sisters, sister-n-law, brother-n-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
