Juanita was preceded in death by her husband and love of her life, Mark McCullar; her parents, Kenneth and Mary (Hagamyer) Helstein; her brothers, Kenny Helstein and Joseph Helstein (1961-2009); her sisters, Barbara Kane and Mary Castor; and her great grandson, Cohen McCullar.

Viewing will be held at Mallory Chapel in Stigler from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm on Thursday and Friday, May 4 and 5.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at McCurtain High School Auditorium with Rev. Travis Palmer officiating. Interment will follow at Milton Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler.
