Lester T. McCoy, Age 76, of Timberline Beach area, Lake Eufaula, died November 14, 1992 in Muskogee.

Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, November 16, 1992 at Bower Cemetery with Rev. Andre Lefebvre officiating.

Lester was born October 8, 1916 in Anadarko, Oklahoma. He married Katherine "Katie" M. Geminden on October 8, 1939. Lester served with the United States Navy Seabees during World War II at Pearl Harbor. He was a Carpenter Contractor in Oklahoma City and continued with his occupation when he and his wife relocated in the Lake Eufaula area in 1972.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Katie, after 45 years of marriage on May 23, 1985.

Survivors include one son, Kenneth Lester McCoy of Timberline Beach, Lake Eufaula, and his wife, Mary Ellen (Fallwell) McCoy; one daughter Rena Lu (McCoy) Mason and her husband, Bill Mason, of Tucson, Arizona; four grandchildren: Bryan, Craig & Tresha McCoy and Melissa Mason; two step-grandchildren: Karen and Stephen Lieber. Two great grandchildren: Michael Shawn O'Brien & Shelby Renee O'Brien, and four step-great grandchildren: Justin Daniel Swingle, Derek James Swingle, Andrea Daniel Swingle and Jeffrey Smith.

Services are under the direction of Merritt Funeral Services, Eufaula, OK.
