He was a veteran of the US Army. Marion went on to become a laborer at Whirlpool, where he stayed until he retired. He enjoyed bowling.
Marion was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his brother, Carlis Amos; sister, Mary Kough (Stephen); nieces, Angela Goodall, Lisa Ann James, April Amos, and Rachel Amos; and nephew, David Goodall.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Locust Hill Cemetery.
The Vanderburgh County Retired Veterans Memorial Club will perform military rites.
