Julie Cultice Neaveill of Eldorado, Ohio, was born March 22, 1963 and went home to be with the Lord on May 8, 2023. Julie was a proud graduate of Southeastern High School Class of 1981. Following graduation, she entered the U.S. Air Force and served her country faithfully from 1981 to 1984. Upon completion of her military service Julie returned to Ohio and became a devoted mother to her children. In 1999, she met the love of her life, her JoeJoe. She and Joe moved to the family farm where Julie spent much of her time crafting for charity groups and her loved ones. Julie found special joy in crafting personalized items for individuals who have lost loved ones. Julie will forever be remembered as a gracious and loving person who gave as much of her time and resources as she could to anyone who needed help. Julie also enjoyed hauling the Amish to various locations where she would always find a fishing pond to pass the time with her favorite hobby, fishing.

She is survived by the love of her life, Joe Wigger (JoeJoe), her sister Krystal Cultice Hollenbeck, her son Roger Neaveill (Amanda), bonus daughters Joanna Wigger and Mary (Brad) Johnson, and numerous grandchildren.

Julie was dearly loved by all who met her and will be missed by her family, crafting community, and fishing buddies.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Nellie Cultice and her brother, Tony Cultice.

A celebration of Julie's life will be held on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 3"00PM in Ware's Chapel 1060 Foos Road West Manchester, Ohio. A gathering of family and friends will begin at 2:00PM.
