Maxwell M. Clark, 85, died March 14, 2008 at Palm City Nursing & Rehabilitation. He was born in Brockton, MA and was a resident of Stuart for 11 years, coming from Tarpon Springs.

He was a lifetime member of the VFW.

He was an original member of the Band of Brothers and of the Men of the Easy Company Association.

He was a paratrooper in the Army during World War II.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Lucille Clark; daughter, Linda Bliss; sister, Florence Chase; and two grandchildren.
