MRS. EDITH IDELLA RAULERSON ALTMAN, 83, died Tuesday, June 18, 2002, at her residence. Mrs. Altman was born and had resided in Baker County, Florida, all of her life. She was a member of Pine Level Church and was retired as an aide with Northeast Florida State Hospital.

She was the daughter of the late Lon and Katie Fish Raulerson. She was the widow of 23 years of the late J.B. Altman.

Survivors include her sons, Lindsey C. Altman of Manassas, Virginia and Larry Altman of Glen St. Mary, Florida; sisters, Ruby Lee Lewis of St. George, Georgia; Andrea Altman Ford, Linda Altman Miscio, Denist Altman Coleman, Delinda Altman Johnson, and Johathan Altman; eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held on Friday, June 21, 2002, at 11:00 a.m. in Pine Level Church with Reverend Fredrick Raulerson officiating. Interment followed in North Prong Cemetery. The family received friends on Thursday, June 20, 2002, in Guerry Funeral Home, U.S. 90 East, Macclenny, Florida, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
