Jo was predeceased by her husband Gary Lavern Adair, parents Kenneth and Jewell Wetzel, as well as her brothers and sisters Kenneth Dean Wetzel, Clara Delores (Wetzel) Walker, Gerald Bruce Wetzel, and Carole Madolyn (Wetzel) Silva.
She is survived by her two sons, son in law, grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Jo was born on March 5, 1933 in Braymer, MO, graduated from Braymer High School in 1951 and moved to California where she met and married her husband Gary on November 6, 1954. They made a home in Redwood City, CA where both sons were born and later moved to Lincoln, CA in 2000, Jo then moved to Rocklin, CA in 2020 after Gary's death in 2012.
Jo worked as an Executive Assistant for many years, then worked for her son in his business in Menlo Park, CA before moving and retiring to Lincoln, CA. Jo was an avid golfer in earlier years and then an active member of PEO, Antique Club, Travel Club, Bunco, Hand & Foot groups and board games with her many friends. A wonderful mother, wife, sister and friend, she remained very active in her son's lives over the years and traveled often.
A private family interment will be held September 2023 at Evergreen Cemetery in Braymer, Mo.
