Donna Kay Oleman was born January 11, 1946 in Neosho, MO the daughter of John and Madalyn (Fowler) Oleman. Donna was a life long area resident and was a 1964 graduate of Seneca High School and a member of the 64 club. Donna was a member of the Red Hat Society of Joplin. She loved spending time playing cards and being with her family and friends. She loved to travel on bus tours and cruises. Donna was of the Catholic Faith.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents; one son Christopher Altebaumer, one daughter, Amanda Altebaumer; two sisters; Karen Copeland and Barbara Sanders; one brother-in-law, Doug Sanders and one sister-in-law, Donna Oleman.
Donna Kay Oleman married O. Leo Altebaumer September 16, 1972 in Miami, OK, and he survives.
Additional survivors include one daughter, Erica Vaughn and husband Daniel, Joplin, MO; one brother, Robert Oleman, Stella, MO; two grandchildren; Oliva Stanley, Springfield, OH and Kili Rich, Joplin, MO, and Bert Reynolds her Cocker Spaniel a host of friends and extended family.
Rosary Service will be held at 5:30pm, Wednesday, April 12, 2020 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home with Rev. Brian Straus officiating. A visitation will follow from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00am, Thursday, April 13, 2023 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca with Rev. Brian Straus officiating. Honorary Pallbearers will be Daniel Vaughn, Monty Hager, Mitchel Burr, Calvin Burr, Ryan Shepard, Donnie Ates and Uncle G.G.
Following the funeral service a private burial will be in the GAR Cemetery.
