William H. Hodges, a U-T food service department employee, died yesterday at University Hospital. He was 62.
Mr. Hodges was a member of Washington Pike Methodist church and F&AM Oriental Lodge 453. The family home is at 2706 Boright Dr.
He leaves his wife; a daughter, Mrs. J. D. Kelly, Puerto Rico; three grandchildren; mother, Mrs. M. H. Gilliam, Knoxville; three sisters, Mrs. Ruby McGinnis, Knoxville, Mrs. Clara Altoff Jr., Ohio, and Mrs. Harry Lair, Miami Springs, Fla.; two brothers, Sam Hodges, Knoxville, and Talbert [sic] Hodges, Miami.
The body is at Rose, where friends will be received from 7 to 9 tonight."
