Mrs. Alberta Ann Wilkins, age 95 of Bryceville, passed away at her home on Thursday, April 27, 2023. Mrs. Wilkins was born and resided in Jacksonville before moving to Bryceville fifty-four years ago. She was a homemaker and a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed tending to her flowers and plants, doing ceramics, thrift store shopping, and baking cakes. She visited all fifty states while traveling the country in an RV with her husband, Bill. She will be missed by all who love her. Mrs. Wilkins is survived by her husband of sixty-nine years: Bill Wilkins of Bryceville; daughters: Debbie and Reverend Bob Hines of Interlachen and Linda and Reverend Larry Anderson of Live Oak; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; sister Bonnie Pitts of Jacksonville and numerous nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her daughters: Nancy Bradley and Brenda Kinsey, her parents and nine brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held 11:00am, Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at First Baptist Church of Baldwin with Pastor Chris Drum officiating. Interment will follow the service at Brandy Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00pm, Monday, May 1, 2023, in the chapel of Warren Funeral Services of Baldwin.
