Kenneth E. Yaddow, 66, of Mohawk and Boonville, passed away on Monday, August 20, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Ken was born on July 8, 1946, in Massena, New York, the son of Kenneth and Lena (Sova) Yaddow. He was a graduate of St. Lawrence Central Schools and was a U.S. Army veteran. On September 3, 1966, Ken married Shirley M. Jones in Winthrop, New York. He was employed with Monarch Chemical Company and later with Copper City Chrysler. Ken was a member of the American Legion Mohawk Post 25. Surviving is his wife, Shirley; mother, Lena; children, Karl Yaddow and his wife, Betsey, Mohawk, Joy Smith and Tina Campbell, Oregon, and Michael Yaddow and his wife, Jennifer, Boonville; grandchildren, Eric Bowes, Sheyanne Yaddow, Johnathan Smith, Kyle Yaddow, Julie Smith and Leigha Yaddow; sisters, Blanche French, Massena, Betty Johnson, Ruth (Gerry) Bissonette, all of Brasher Falls, NY; brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Beverly Yaddow, Clayville; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Ken was predeceased by his daughter, Deanna Marie. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Wednesday (today) from 4-7 p.m. at Myslinski Funeral Home, 470 French Rd., Utica. Military honors will be observed following visitation at 7 p.m.
