Our beloved mother, Vivian V. (Anders) Manderscheid Randerson, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on June 1st, 2023 at the age of 102.
Vivian was born on April 30, 1921 in Fond du lac to George and Josephine Stephany Anders. After attending vocational school, Vivian worked at several jobs until she met and married Myron Manderscheid on May 15, 1944. They were blessed with 8 children.
Marlene (Jerome) Koehler, Gordon (Mary Walesh) Manderscheid, Mary Jo (Gary) Mertens, Barbara (Ken) Schmitz, Michael (Marion Baus) Manderscheid, Jim (Bonnie Holeman) Manderscheid, George Manderscheid, Stella Manderscheid. After losing Myron in Jan. 1972 she married Melvin Randerson on June 9, 1973.
Until her death Vivian loved crocheting, word search puzzles, sheepshead, polka music and game shows.
Along with her children & spouses she is survived by 21 grandchildren, 46
great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, parents, her sister Mary (Ken) Hodgden, her brother Wally (Pat) Anders, and 2 infant grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at the Sippel Funeral Home, 2618 Altona Avenue, New Holstein, WI 53061. Vivian will be laid to rest in the Rothman Cemetery, Malone, WI at 11:00 AM on July 7th, 2023.
Visitation will be held at the Sippel funeral home in New Holstein on July 6, 2023 from 11:00 AM – 12:45 PM.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in her name.
