Virginia Lee Fox Dickens

Virginia Lee Fox Dickens, 74 of Masseyville, WV passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2011 surrounded by her loving family at her home.
Born on September 5, 1936 in Abraham, WV, she was the daughter of Clifford and Mona Fox, both deceased.
Virginia loved to work on her garden and spend time with her family. Her greatest passion was cooking and canning and she took pride in her famous homemade biscuits.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband James Howard Dickens and sister Maxine E. Russell.
Those left to cherish her memory are four sons, sisters Mercadese(Merd) Russell, Carolyn Bragg and Peggy Kelly; 11 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
Joint services will held with her husband at 11:00 AM Thursday, April 7, 2011 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley with Pastor Larry Kinder officiating. Burial will follow at Miller Cemetery, Rock Creek.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Dickens, Aaron Dickens, Mitchell Dickens, Christian Dickens, Ashley Dickens and Shelby Linville.
Friends may gather with the family from 6 â€" 8 PM at the funeral home.
