Kristina Louise Landis, 50 of New Haven, IN passed away on Tuesday June 13, 2023. 

Kristina was born to Karen Tulley Tackett and Bernie Tackett on June 27, 1972 in Fort Wayne, IN. 

She was raised by Karen Tackett Morning and James Morning. 

She attended St. Jude's and St. Vincent de Paul Catholic elemantary schools and Bishop Dwenger High School (1991) in Ft. Wayne, IN.

Kristina married Tim Landis in 1999. 

Kristina is survived by her husband Tim Landis, her stepfather James Morning of New Haven, IN. And half brothers Jon Tackett and David Tackett both of Ft. Wayne, IN. She is also survived by Grandmother, Emanuela "Emma" Tulley of Fort Wayne, IN; Aunts, Teresa (Joe) Byanski of Grabill, IN; Peggy (Tom) Garris and Maureen (Tony) Miller, both of Fort Wayne, IN; Uncles, Michael (Lory) Tulley of Kokomo, IN; and Marcus (Jo Ann) Tulley of Fort Wayne, IN.

Kristina was preceded in death by her mother Karen Morning, father Bernie Tackett, brother Michael Morning, Grandfather Herbert W. Tulley, and Great Grandmother Ellen Saraceno

"When I think of Kristi I always think of her days working at McDonald's inside Walmart. Every time we would go into Walmart we'd always check to see if she was working. She made employee of the month several times and she was always so proud and would show us her name on the wall."

Kristina Louise Landis, age 50, of New Haven, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at her home, following a short illness. Kristina was born on June 27, 1972, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Bernie Tackett and Karen Morning. She is survived by her husband of twenty-four years, Tim Landis. Kristina was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Morning.
