Patricia C. (Keery) Lopez, age 79, passed away peacefully Friday morning, March 25, 2022 at Magnolia Meadows in Manitowoc.
Patricia was born on December 8, 1942, to Thomas and Marion (Stockinger) Keery, Sr. in Manitowoc. She graduated from Manitowoc Lincoln High School with the Class of 1962. Patricia was employed as an office manager with the law office of Rappaport, Meyer-Walberg in Chicago, IL for 25 years. After, she also worked as an office secretary in Dr. Michael Samborski Dental Office in Oak Lawn, IL, until her retirement in July of 2004 when she moved back to Two Rivers.
Patricia married Raymond Lopez on June 2, 1984, in Manitowoc, WI. He preceded her in death on June 27, 1984.
Survivors include her two brothers and sisters-in-law: David and Cheryl Keery of Two Rivers, and Thomas and Debra Keery of Mishicot. Her favorite nurse and beloved niece: Sarah R. Keery. Three nephews: Steven and Mandy Keery and their son Ian, Michael and Sarah Keery and their children, Aiden, Liam, and Ella, and Brian Keery, other relatives and friends. The family dogs Cabela, Molly, and Max which she enjoyed their visits. Also survived her are friends from Chicago: Dr. Michael & Angie Samborski, Mary Castrejon, and Deb Conley LCM.
Patricia is preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Marion Keery, husband Raymond Lopez, and nephew Scott Thomas Keery.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be the Deacon Al Boeldt with burial to take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc following services.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family would like to send a thank you to the many caregivers that were with Pat through the years, including "Her Lisa" who was with her for over 10 years.
The family would also like to send a huge sincere and heart felt THANK YOU and appreciation to all the staff, caregivers, and volunteers that worked with her from Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. Extra special thanks to Carriann RN, Jeremy RN, Renee LPN, Jessica CNA, and Lynn for all their constant love and care shown to Pat and family. Also a thank you to the staff at Magnolia Meadows and also to Don who always made sure she had a hot and healthy meal and conversation.
