SPRINGFIELD – Kendra L. Fabish, 56, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2023, at her home.
She was born March 7, 1967 to Charles William and Jeri R. (Edwards) Allen.
Kendra was a 1985 graduate of Pawnee High School where she was a member of National Honor Society and played volleyball. She graduated from St. John's School of nursing in 1991 and was employed as a Registered Nurse for the past 32 years, most recently by the State of Illinois for 16 years. She was a member of West Side Christian Church and was very proud of her 12 years sobriety with Alcoholics Anonymous. She was also proud to be Tutu to her 4 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother; niece, Ember Allen; and sister-in-law, Cyndi Allen.
