JOHN BUSTOS DIES FRIDAY
John Dios Bustos, 80, died at 1:10 p.m. Friday at his home at the Serve-All Courts in Florence. Death was from complications of old age. He had been seriously ill for eight months. Mr. Bustos was born March 7, 1878, at Rosaida, NM. He had lived in the state for 62 years, and eight months ago moved to Florence from Canon City. He was a retired farmer. he was married on Feb. 17, 1907, at Swink to Daisy Bell Young, who died in 1943, Surviving are two children, Mrs. Edith Vargas of Silver Cliff and Mrs. Virginia Bunch of Pueblo, 15 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; his brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Garcia of Florence, and a brother, Max Bustos of Denver. Mr. Bustos was a member of the Roman Catholic church. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Holt Mortuary.
