Gaye was born March 28, 1942 in Pascagoula, Mississippi. She went home to be with the Lord June 25, 2023.

She was the daughter of Harry and Kate Bond (both deceased) and has a brother, William Bond.

Gaye was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Lamar Hardin (Bubba).

Gaye is survived by her three sons and their wives, Tim and Shyrell Cupp, Damon and Jen Cupp and Kevin and Kelly Cupp; her grandchildren, Dallas Cupp, Coltyn Cupp, Baylor Cupp, Breeleigh Cupp, Josh Girouard, Jaycee Morgan, Jonathan Cupp, Isaac Cupp, Nate Cupp, Emma Cupp, Evie Cupp, Braysin Cupp and Jaydin Cupp; 11 great-grandchildren at the time of her death; and her nephew, Deron Bond.

Gaye was a retired physical educational teacher. She truly loved her job and working with children. She graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi and Louisiana State University. She earned her Master's Degree and more continued education.

Gaye loved her family! All her family. She enjoyed every time there was a family get-together. She also loved the Lord! She loved going to church, singing in the choir, playing the piano, teaching Sunday school, reading the Bible and spending daily time in prayer. She enjoyed helping others in need as well. She had a servant's heart!

Today, June 30, 2023, we lay Gaye's body to rest but her soul was immediately with Jesus the moment she took her last breath here on earth. She is free from pain, sorrow, stress and is now rejoicing, laughing and singing in heaven! We are so thankful for her in our lives and the impact she had on us. We look forward to when we see her again!

If you are reading this, she touched your life as well, and we're so happy you are here with us today.
