Joseph married Florence "Minnie" Stuski in 1946 in Dade County Florida.
Joseph must have loved the sun. He worked as a bartender at a hotel in Miami in the winter. In the summer he tended bar at the Hurricane or Riptide hotel in Wildwood, NJ.
He died of a heart attack at the age of 43 leaving his wife,Florence "Minnie" Stuski with four young children: Maureen, Kathleen, Joseph and Colleen.
