OBITUARY: "EMIL STAUDT died Sunday at his home, 156 Irving avenue. He was born in Brooklyn forty-five years ago and lived in Brooklyn all his life. He was a painter by trade He was a member of the Church of St. Aloisius, Onderdonk avenue, where a requiem mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 A. M. He is survived by his wife, Louisa Staudt; four sons, Benedict, George, Emil, Jr, and Daniel one daughter Elizabeth Staudt; two brothers, Nicholas and Martin Staudt, and four sisters, Minnie, Marie and Catherine Staudt, and Lora Hafner. Interment will be at Holy Trinity Cemetery under the direction of Frank Darmstadt Sons. Sixty-eighth street and Central avenue, Glendale."
