BONO - Earl Jess Hendrix, 95, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2022, at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born Sept. 28, 1926, in Cash to the late W.T. and Maggie Compton Hendrix.

Earl served his country proudly in the United States Army during World War II. He was a retired farmer and enjoyed woodworking and fishing.

He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mazyell Tate Hendrix; daughter, Earlene Hendrix Adams; a grandson, Jamie Earl Hendrix; brothers, Willy Hendrix, Earnie Hendrix, Clarence Hendrix and Everett Hendrix; and sisters, Bertha Hendrix and Myrtle Hendrix Mabry.

He is survived by a son, Jimmy Don "Donnie" Hendrix and wife Judy; a son-in-law, Myron Adams; grandsons, Jimmy Don Hendrix Jr., Michael Hendrix, Myron Adams Jr. (Susan), Billy Adams (Tammara), Cody Adams, Leo Kregul and Robert Kregul; granddaughters, Brittany Hendrix (Tim Colburn), Katelynn Hendrix, Stephanie Hendrix Harp (Geoff) and Lorrie Kregul Dominas (John); several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a private service under the direction of Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
