Edna was my grandmother on my adoptive mother's side. She was a wonderful loving person,and could sew and knit anything, even tiny Barbie Doll clothes.
I called her 'Sandwich' because I could not say Grandma.
She was the light of my life and lived with us until 1962.
My parents decided she should go to Minnesota to live with her son Gilbert, and his family. I cried and cried. She died in her sleep less than a few days later of a broken heart.
I never saw her again.
I was finally able to visit this cemetery in 1996.

Georgia(married Roger Warrick Garey )-2 adopted children Deborah Lynn(me), and Roger Warren, lived in Illinois.
Amorette(married Ralph Roach)- 2 children Terrence and Gayle,lived in Bethesda Md.
Gilbert ( married Rachel Gannon Aldrich))-3 children,lived in Minnesota. Rachel died in 1963. Gil married Evelyn Arminta Lewis.

Edna's sister Helen Easterly married Delbert Givens. No children.
