Daughter of John Fenno (1751-1798) and Mary Curtis Fenno (1755-1798) who both died of yellow fever in Philadelphia and a newborn daughter.

Second wife of New York Attorney General (later Judge) Josiah Ogden Hoffman, married on August 7, 1802. His first wife Maria Colden (b. in 1770 in Fort Orange NY, died in 1797) and he had 2 children with first wife - Matilda Sarah (1792-1809) and Alice Ann (1790-1840).

Mother of Charles Fenno Hoffman (1806-1884).

Sister of John Ward Fenno (1778-1802), Harriet Fenno Rodman (1782-1808), Charles Jones Fenno (1784-1807), George Fenno (1786-1829), James Bowdoin Fenno (1794-1824)
