I have included 3 obituaries from 3 different newspapers. He clearly died in Atlanta. There is agreement that the body was taken to Rader Funeral Home in Troutville, VA. However, there is a difference on whether his funeral and burial was in Troutville or at the Woodland Union Church at McClung in Bath County. Because the Roanoke newspaper that was printed near Bath County and nearest the date of his burial says he was buried "in the church cemetery" and because his wife, Mamie, who died in 1951, was buried at Woodland Union Church, I think it is safe to assume he was buried there also. In addition, his parents were buried at Woodland Union Church.
However, it would be nice to have photos of their headstones to confirm my assumption.
