He was married to Marilyn Miller, who survives.
Also surviving are a brother, Donald of Wolcottville; a sister, Carol Bradley of Goshen; four daughters, Cheryl Conley of Spokane, Wash., Rebecca Sullivan of South Bend, Lori Oney of Bridgman and Catherine Case at home; two sons, Perry Jr. of South Bend, and James E. of Mishawaka; and 12 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, August 4, at 10 a.m. in the Bubb Funeral Chapel, 202 N. Main St., Mishawaka.
Entombment was in the riverview Mausoleum Memorial in South Bend.
